Seamless Integration

Supplier Orders
Supplier ordering in Genesis Liquid is streamlined and flexible, offering multiple efficient options. Use the Suggested Ordering feature to automatically calculate optimal supplier orders: Genesis Liquid analyzes past sales history, daily sales rates, current stock levels, lead times, and minimum and maximum stock thresholds. You can easily adjust the suggested order to accommodate special offers or seasonal trends, such as upcoming weather events.
For added flexibility, you can also create orders manually with a quick product search or directly from the optional Handheld Terminal (HHT). Once finalized, orders can be sent electronically to supported suppliers or emailed directly from Genesis Liquid to any supplier. Additionally, orders can be printed with barcodes, allowing you to use a scanner to place orders online quickly, eliminating the need to manually search for each product.

Genesis Liquid offers three methods for stock adjustments, implemented in a step-by-step process to simplify inventory management and ensure accuracy.
Simple Stock Adjustments
Quickly handle adjustments for waste, damaged goods, or insurance claims by locating the product and entering the adjustment quantity, ideal for one-off changes.
Spot Checks and Physical Stock Counts
Effortlessly conduct spot checks and full stock counts with accuracy. Using a Handheld Terminal (HHT) and a compatible POS, Genesis Liquid captures real-time snapshots of current stock as each item is scanned, allowing accurate counts even while the store is trading. Spot checks let you count random selections of items for quick, targeted checks.
Full Physical Stock Counts
When performing a full count, specify which products (e.g., Confectionery) you plan to check. Items not counted are assumed out of stock, ensuring all products are accounted for. Once the count is complete, review results and recount specific items as needed. Real-time snapshots allow you to start and stop counts without disruption, making it easy to pick up where you left off, even if you continue counting the following day.
Catch-Up Stock Counting
Easily perform stock counts days or even weeks after an end of period, with the ability to backdate adjustments to any specific point in time. No more staying overnight for end of period counts, simply catch up at your convenience.

With drill-down capabilities, you can double-click on any movement event to trace inventory discrepancies and make precise corrections.
Each transaction shows the running adjustment quantities alongside the stock holding quantity, as well as retail and cost prices, ensuring full transparency at every step.
WooCommerce Integration
Optional integration with WooCommerce empowers you to sell products both online and across multiple physical stores simultaneously. Products can be effortlessly synchronised with your webstore, complete with multiple images, detailed descriptions, stock availability, and accurate pricing.
Web orders are collected in real-time and processed through Genesis Liquid’s Sales Order Processing, allowing seamless management from order placement to dispatch. Stock levels are updated in real-time, ensuring consistent and accurate availability information across both in-store and online channels.
The webstore can be configured as a separate entity within your retail estate or treated as a remote POS within a single store. This flexibility enables reporting to show webstore sales either integrated with in-store sales or as a distinct sales channel, depending on your preference.
Shelf Edge Labels
Shelf Edge Label Printing
Shelf edge labels can be printed on a standard A4 printer or via the optional Wireless Label Printer. Choose from multiple designs in color or black & white, featuring your logo or wholesale branding such as Spar or Nisa. The system automatically tracks changes to product data, flagging items that require an updated shelf label, making label management effortless. Simply conduct daily product maintenance, then prompt Genesis Liquid to print all necessary updated labels.
Additional features include filtering products by group or sub-group to reprint labels as needed. With the optional Handheld Terminal (HHT), you can print labels on-demand from the shop floor using the wireless printer or request a label directly from the back office. When you’re ready to print, all requested labels appear in the order they were requested, simplifying label placement and saving time on the shop floor.
Transaction Journal
The Genesis Liquid Transaction Journal updates in real-time, providing a comprehensive, detailed transaction history. Easily locate transaction details with advanced filtering and search capabilities across all stores, POS systems, and webstores. Filtered transactions can be exported to Excel for in-depth analysis, and customer receipts can be reprinted as needed.
