These days most support requests are handled remotely using our very secure Beyond Trust (Bomgar) support system, which allows us to connect to your systems, diagnose issues, monitor or just give a helping hand to a how to query. We are equally happy to come to site for any issue as needed and generally cover the UK, Ireland, Channel Isles and on occasion the rest of the world.

Pay as you go support is available to any one and is billed per hour to the nearest 15 minutes. Onsite visits if required are subject to a minimum charge depending on travelling distance.

Monthly Budget accounts spread the cost of support with a fixed monthly charge. This is reviewed as needed and increased or decreased to suit your business. Cancel anytime.

Annual Contracts are billed monthly and can include any or all of your support needs for a FIXED annual cost. Minimum 12-month contract applies.

Response to calls is initially provided by first line support. All our engineers generally have a minimum of 3 years support experience and a variety of industry certifications. In the event a first line engineer is not able to assist with a query it will be escalated to staff with over 40 years’ experience in IT Support, Development and Communications.
