WooCommerce Integration
Optional integration with WooCommerce empowers you to sell products both online and across multiple physical stores simultaneously. Products can be effortlessly synchronised with your webstore, complete with multiple images, detailed descriptions, stock availability, and accurate pricing.
Web orders are collected in real-time and processed through Genesis Liquid’s Sales Order Processing, allowing seamless management from order placement to dispatch. Stock levels are updated in real-time, ensuring consistent and accurate availability information across both in-store and online channels.
The webstore can be configured as a separate entity within your retail estate or treated as a remote POS within a single store. This flexibility enables reporting to show webstore sales either integrated with in-store sales or as a distinct sales channel, depending on your preference.
